Kylie Mortinson is studying marine biology at California’s prestigious state university. During one of her assignments at the university’s research pier, she finds a wounded baby seal trapped between some rocks. When Kylie calls the Wild Animal Protection Agency for assistance, she’s instantly attracted to the rescue agent. What she doesn’t expect is for him to ask her out on a date.
